LOT DESCRIPTIONS AND WARRANTIES. All lots are sold AS IS, in the condition they are in at the time of the auction, and we make no representation or warranty and assume no liability of any kind as to a lots condition. Any reference to condition in a description shall not amount to a full accounting of condition and may not include all faults, inherent defects, restoration, alteration, or adaptation. Likewise, images of items in our auction may not depict a lot accurately, as colors and shades may appear different in print or on screen than on physical inspection.
EXAMINATION OF LOTS. All lots in the auction are available for examination prior to bidding. If you believe that the description or condition reports are not sufficient, we suggest you inspect a lot personally or through a knowledgeable representative before you bid on a lot to make sure that you accept the description and its condition.
WITHDRAWAL OF LOTS. We may, in our sole discretion, withdraw a lot from the auction at any time prior to or during the sale and shall have no liability to you for our decision to withdraw. We also reserve the right to reject any bid and cancel any sale in the event of an error or dispute.
HIGHEST BIDDER. The highest bidder as determined by the auctioneer shall be the Buyer. In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion in determining the Buyer and may also, at his or her election, withdraw the Property or reoffer the Property for sale. The auctioneer shall have sole discretion to refuse any bid, or refuse to acknowledge any bidder. At such time as Items are declared sold to a given Buyer, said Buyer thereupon assumes full risk and responsibility for the Property and agrees to pay the full price.
PAYMENT. Payment is due immediately following the close of auction on the item your bid. Payment must be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash or approved check.
PACKING AND SHIPPING. Buyer agrees that packing and shipping are done at the Buyers risk and that Buyer will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. Shipping is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. CLAW will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.
